In an interview posted in the business section of The Times today Sony CEO Kaz Hirai commented on the future console offering from Sony saying:
“Why go first, when your competitors can look at your specifications and come up with something better?”
With Nintendo’s new system already out and Microsoft teasing an announcement of their new system at E3 it seems that Sony may be holding off their next gen announcement for a little longer.
This comes just hours before the system specs for both next gen consoles ( codenamed ‘Orbis’and ‘Durango’) were supposedly leaked by VG leaks.
There are a lot of rumours and speculation circulating the web at the moment, but we will have to wait for the official reveals at this years E3.
