Battlefield 4 Accidentally Outed By EA?

In another accidental leak from EA via their Origin Store, this time it appears that they’ve gone and outed Battlefield 4 a little early. Woops. A listing for Medal of Honor: Warfighter popped up on the Store for a short time, revealing that pre-ordering the game will bag you beta access for Battlefield 4, but, obviously, it was quickly taken back down again. With DICE’s Battlefield 3 Premium service having only just begun last month, and with DLC slated to release for the game all the way up until March next year, surely we won’t be seeing Battlefield 4 before then? Who knows, but now that the game has been leaked, just as with Crysis 3 a few months back we can’t be too far off an official announcement and, hopefully, a launch window for the game.

Battlefield 4 will presumably hit Xbox 360, PS3 and PC (maybe Wii U?) sometime in the near future. Are you excited for a new Battlefield title? Let us know in the comments section below.
