After releasing their first dev diary for Deadlight a couple of months back, which looked at the game’s 80′s setting, Tequila Works have today debuted a brand new diary that focuses on how they’ve gone about crafting the game’s story. The video features comments from the CEO and Creative Director at Tequila; Raùl Rubio, Narrative Director Antonio Rojano and a few of the game’s artists as they talk about how Deadlight’s story is weaved into the game in such a way so that the player can experience it without being hindered by it. No Metal Gear Solid 4-style lengthy cutscenes, then.
Deadlight will arrive at some point during the Summer, exclusively on XBLA.
