Following the sad and unwanted death of Inside Xbox, the series of videos brought to you from your very own Xbox Dashboard, the team behind it were unceremoniously ejected into the world of unemployment. Since then however, Dan Maher AKA MrPointyHead has been looking for ideas relating to a new show made for gamers by gamers. After some planning (and murdering in Max Payne 3′s multiplayer mode), Maher has revealed Project Possum, a plan to create a pilot of a gaming show which will then be pitched to anyone with at least one ear and who doesn’t consider gaming entertainment’s equivalent of herpes.
What will Project Possum be? A show similar to Inside Xbox but without the constraints. As Maher shows in the video below, there’s no limitations in place so anything goes from the bashing of motion controls as being gimmicky and silly, to sleeping with games consoles from all comers.
