Grand Slam Tennis is among the first batch of titles for the Wii that support Nintendo’s newly released add-on for the Wii remote: WiiMotion Plus. Ever since the original launch of the console back in late 2006, the best, most realistic tennis experience you could get on the console remained Wii Sports Tennis, the free mini game that came bundled with the Wii. Many have waited for a definitive Tennis title to hit the console, but up until now there hasn’t been one. However, can Grand Slam Tennis change all of that? Head inside for our full review of the new game.

Ever since watching Ghostbusters at the cinema as a kid, I have been a fan of the paranormal extermination team. With many movie franchises these days being re-imagined and brought up to date, I wondered how long it would be before the movie execs got their filthy-rich hands on the Ghostbusters franchise. When it was announced that Dan Akroyd and Harold Ramis would be getting together to pen a script for the 25th anniversary of Ghostbusters I was like an excitable child all over again, but then came the news that it would be a game rather than a film. We all know that games based on movies are often on the poor side of quality, so I was concerned to say the least. But from the moment I got my hands on the game I could tell this was going to be special, read on to find out why busting made me feel good…

Yuji Naka, the legendary video game designer and creator of Sonic the Hedgehog, is back once again with a revolutionary way to play games. Let’s Tap does exactly what it says on the box, you simply tap to control the action on then screen. No fiddly controls, no buttons to press, or motions to imitate, if you can tap you can play, simple as that. Many will scoff that Let’s Tap is more of a tech-demo than an actual game, and to a certain extent you would be right. Let’s Tap is a collection of stylish mini-games and visualizers that showcase a new way in which players can interact with games, much like Wii Sports did for the motion controls of the Wii. The question is, will tapping to play games be a thing of the future or is this just another Wii gimmick? Read on to find out…
